Are there seals nearby or selkies swimming and calling, wondering about the land?
Each hexagon becomes a multi-dimensional plurality of earth and light in their eyes, a wonder,
a proliferation of diamond lights. Do these basalt columns belong to seals, selkies, mythical creatures, to giants, to the ocean, the grasses and mosses, seaweeds, the land, to us?
The giant, Fionn MacCumhaill, hid in a cradle, wailing like a baby to frighten the Scottish giant, Benandonner.
A grandparent softly tells the story to the new generation.
On a video call at the Giant's Causeway, we hear the giant's muffled roar in the wind cracked warp of audio, our virtual presence splicing space-time, the myth coming to light.
